With 14 years of experience in supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and developmental disabilities, Susmita is a seasoned expert in the field. As a Qualified Autism Service Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she has honed their skills to deliver personalized interventions tailored to each individual’s needs.
Susmita specializes in early intervention, recognizing its critical role in shaping outcomes for children. She is adept at implementing evidence-based practices to foster growth and independence from an early age. Additionally, she excels in training and supporting parents, understanding the importance of equipping caregivers with the tools and knowledge necessary for effective support.
Currently serving as the Head of ABA at the Happytolearnautism Therapy Center in Kolkata, Susmita leads with compassion and dedication.
